The identification details are provided under Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.

The website provides information about our taxi, private hire (VTC) and private transfer services, routes and prices, and allows you to contact us and make bookings. Browsing is free, apart from your connection costs. Browsing alone does not require you to purchase a service or constitute a booking.

Booking, payment, pickup, amendment and cancellation rules are set out in the Terms and conditions, which are presented for acceptance before payment. This notice does not replace those terms or change an existing booking.

3. Privacy and personal data

When making an enquiry or booking, provide accurate, up-to-date information needed to handle it. If booking for someone else, you must be authorised to share the necessary journey details.

The Privacy policy explains who processes data, the purposes and legal bases, recipients, retention periods and how to exercise your rights. Browsing alone does not constitute consent to receive advertising.

4. Intellectual property

Text, designs, logos, photographs, software and other website elements may be protected by rights belonging to Sherry Transfer or their respective owners. Access does not transfer those rights or grant a general licence to exploit them.

Reproduction, distribution, adaptation or public communication requires the relevant permission, except where allowed by law or the content licence. Third-party images and resources retain their credits and licences, including open licences where indicated. Attribution and rights notices must not be removed.

5. User obligations

Use the website lawfully, respecting other people’s rights and security measures. In particular, you must not:

  • Submit false information, impersonate others or use third-party data without authorisation.
  • Access or attempt to access the private administration area, bookings or restricted resources without authorisation.
  • Introduce malicious software, tamper with data or take actions that damage or overload the website.
  • Use content in breach of intellectual property, privacy or other rights.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website working correctly and its information up to date. Maintenance, technical faults or other circumstances may cause interruptions; we will take reasonable steps to address known issues. Report errors or incidents to info@sherrytransfer.com.

Liability for the website and contracted services is determined by applicable law and the accepted terms. This notice does not exclude liability imposed by law or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

7. Updates and website protection

We may update the design, content and this notice to reflect website or legal changes. The update date identifies this version. Changes do not, by themselves, alter the price or terms of existing bookings.

We may take proportionate action against unlawful use or attacks, without prejudice to user rights or obligations arising from contracted services. The consequences of conduct will be assessed under the law and the established circumstances.

8. Links to other websites and to this website

The website links to third-party services such as maps, payments and contact channels. Their owners manage their own content and data processing. Read their terms and policies when using them; any liability of Sherry Transfer is governed by law.

You may link to our pages provided the destination is identified correctly and no non-existent partnership or authorisation is implied. Framing the website or using third-party brands and content requires the relevant permission or legal entitlement.

9. Data protection and rights

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable Spanish law. For enquiries or rights requests, contact info@sherrytransfer.com or the owner’s address shown on this page.

Blog content and recommendations are general guidance. Reference prices do not replace a quotation or the final price for the selected journey and vehicle. Applicable taxes and surcharges are disclosed before booking.
